Purchasing Tickets

Season ticket sales begin August 3, 2009! Call 885-6868 for tickets or information.

SPECIAL REQUESTS Do you have special needs? Please let us know in advance how we might help and we will provide reasonable accommodations to those needing special assistance. For wheelchair seating, please advise the Box Office when purchasing tickets.

Become a Season Subscriber and enjoy the following privileges.

“Full-Season” Subscribers:

  • Guaranteed same seats for all concerts if ordered by August 14, 2009. Same seats are not guaranteed for season ticket orders placed after August 14, 2009.

Design Your Own “Mini-Season”

Create your own season by selecting a minimum of 10 concerts from the Kahilu
Theatre 29th season and you will receive:

  • Preferred Seating.
  • 2 drink coupons.
  • Advance notice of added shows.
  • Priority when purchasing additional tickets.
  • $2 per ticket Theatre Renovation fee waived.
  • Invitations to all post-concert reception.

Kahilu Theatre has many subscriber households and limited seating
capacity, so most events sell quickly. We will do our best to fulfill
your entire request. If we cannot meet your exact ticket request, we
will make a reasonable attempt to contact you by e-mail and telephone.

If we cannot reach you, we will prorate your order and send you the
tickets we are able to fulfill.

Season subscriptions are processed in the following order:

  1. Renewing Full Season subscribers
  2. Lehua Mamo members & sponsors
  3. New Full Season subscribers
  4. Renewing Mini-Season subscribers
  5. New Mini-Season subscribers
  6. Single ticket purchasers (fewer than 10 shows)

  • Everyone must have a ticket, even “babes in arms.”
  • Cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the theatre.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the Kahilu Theatre premises.
  • In consideration of other audience members and the performers,
    disruptive audience members will be asked to leave the theatre during a
    performance.

LATE SEATING Late seating is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of
the artist, presenter or Theatre staff. Please allow plenty of time to
park and find your seat prior to the posted curtain time.

MAKING KAHILU THEATRE BEAUTIFUL A fee of $2 per ticket will be added to
help Kahilu Theatre pay for major repairs, maintenance, and equipment
replacement that are long overdue. This fee is waived for all
Subscription Series purchases.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES Ticket orders may be refunded with a $10 per ticket charge. Tickets may be exchanged with a $5 per ticket charge. Fees are waived only if event is cancelled.

If you are unable to use your ticket we encourage you to donate the
ticket back to the theatre at least 24 hours prior to the concert so
that the ticket may be resold to someone on the waiting list. Your
generosity will be acknowledged with a tax receipt for the value of the
tickets.

Lehua Mamo donors have complimentary refund and exchange privileges.
