Kabu ni Vanua refers to the dawning of a new day. The ensemble, all superb musician-dancers, will perform a variety of traditional styles including the vigorous men’s spear dance, men’s and women’s fan dances, and a wide range of hand dances, which depict historical events and celebrate important occasions and festivals.
