EDUCATION PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Our 30th Youth Education Series features an exciting lineup of performers. Kahilu Theatre’s Youth Programs are designed for students enrolled in K-12. It is our goal to accommodate as many students in this age range as possible. The following guidelines are to ensure the best possible performance experience for all.

THEATRE GUIDELINES:
 Arrive 20 minutes before performance to allow time for registration & seating.
 Only bottled water is allowed in the auditorium.
 Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited during performances.

SCHOOL FEES:
 Students are $3 each, unless specified for special engagements
ONE Teacher is free of charge for every 20 students
ONE Teacher is free of charge for each special needs student
 Additional Adults are $10 each
 A $25 service fee will be charged if you fail to show up without calling or emailing

HOMESCHOOL PARTICIPANTS
 Students are $3 each
 One adult per group is $6
 Additional adults are $10 each
 We will not hold your reservation past the start of the show, so to ensure your seat, please arrive early

REQUESTS FOR RESERVATIONS: Reservations are REQUIRED. All reservations are time stamped upon receipt and will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Please call the Box Office to request a reservation form. (808) 885-6868

CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmations will be sent by email or postal mail. This will reflect your reservation confirmation or alert you to a sold out concert. Please contact Lisa Shattuck, Education Program Coordinator at lisa@kahilutheatre.org or Kaleo Schneider, Box Office Manager at kaleo@kahilutheatre.org. if you have any questions or are unsure about your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to performance date WITHOUT payment penalty.
 Increases to the confirmed reservation are subject to availability of seats.
 Reductions to the reservation may be made up to two weeks prior without payment penalty
 All changes to the confirmed reservation, must be faxed to (808) 885-0546, phoned in to
(808) 885-5717 or emailed to Lisa or Kaleo

SEATING: All seating is assigned by Kahilu Theatre staff in the best interest of the entire audience. Reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis to the maximum available seats. Seating is based on age groups, starting with the youngest groups at the front of the auditorium.
