Youth Outreach

The Outreach program is an adjunct to the youth performance season. Hawai`i Island youth are offered the opportunity to connect with the artists that present concerts in the 31st season Makana, 5for5Series and Main Season.

The Kahilu Theatre contracts with these touring artists to present educational services directly at the schools in the form of master classes, workshops and mini-performances. The Kahilu Theatre also offers special films, presentations, and lectures that the Kahilu Theatre believes will enrich the curriculum in a variety of subjects.
